Order confirmation
After you place your order, mobility will send you a confirmation email with all the details.
Payment
Payment will be taken from your credit card for the non-funded amount on the day of delivery. Your Home Care Package will take care of the rest.
Delivery
You will receive an SMS from Coles 1 hour before they deliver your order, as well as notifications in app.
Require assistance?
If assistance is required, you will need to contact Coles.
Between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, call 1800 557 610. Outside of these hours, call 1800 455 400.
You will be asked to provide three points of identification, these are:
- The mobility email address: admin@mobility.com.au.
- Your mobile phone number.
- The Coles order number, which mobility has emailed to you
